How will we get the best advantage from our SportsRunner system?
 
The experience of existing SportsRunner users is that the software is easy to learn and easy to use.

At the same time, as with any new tool, there will always be a process of familiarisation required.

Therefore, as an integral part of the process, in addition to the delivery of the product, we offer these services:

Support
Prompt and direct response to email requests for information, assistance, or problem-solving, for individual SportsRunner users seeking to maximise their effective use of the software.

Customisation
Authorisation to request modifications and feature developments.  See the customisation page for further explanation.

Upgrades
The SportsRunner system is constantly being enhanced, primarily in direct response to user requests.  These upgraded versions are made available to users as they are developed.

Training
To quickly get up to speed with SportsRunner, and enable simpler introduction to more advanced features specific to your needs, we offer a 3 hour on-site training session.  Most useful for people doing the hands-on competition administration roles.

Database evaluation
After you begin to use SportsRunner, you are invited to submit your draws and results data for evaluation.  We are often able to make recommendations to improve your effectiveness.

Consultancy
We have gained a considerable amount of experience in different approaches to sports draws management.  We have often been able to advise SportsRunner users on how to handle unusual competition scenarios.
